Hi! This morning I have a great new recipe to share with you all!
I posted this to my Instagram a few weeks ago,
but now that I’m back in blogland I definitely wanted to share all the yummy details
Don’t let the title fool you… this vitamin packed pudding is de-lish!!
We are seriously hooked. Can’t you tell from Cash’s serious give me more face above.
I’ve already made it 4 times in just 3 weeks. The hubby even loves it in the morning with his muffins {don’t judge the poor guy can’t have dairy or wheat right now}.
The absolute best part about this little recipe… it is so darn easy!
No joke it’s fool proof. Do you have a blender or food processor? Then you’re golden!
Creamy Chocolate {Avocado} Pudding

Serves: This recipe makes 4 servings but I have always doubled it.
Tip: make sure your avocados are nice and ripe, or it can/will end up with chunks
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
3/4 c almond milk
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c honey
2tsp vanilla
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It will get to a pudding consistency. Serve it right away or chill it.
