I went and got all excited about this new house and of course inspection today… BAM. Not so perfect apparently. There are just a lot of little things that as Brad put it “makes you think you’re buying a lemon”. We have until Sunday to decide. Weigh the pros & cons.
I’m doing my best not to stress out… yet it’s fairly depressing. This house buying business is not nearly as easy as I thought it would be. And we really need to be in a house. End of September/Early October is about as late as I’d like it to be. But settling for something just because you need it = not smart. Especially on a major, life changing purchase like a house.

Oh well… this was just the easiest way to vent. All will work out as it should in the end!

Side note: If anyone finds out how to grow a money tree please let me know… that would be just plain helpful 🙂
